The measurement of the opening torques of twist tops is an important part of quality assurance within the drinks industry. Regular use of the TS 1000 enables the user to adhere to the company quality regulations in an uncomplicated way.

Because of its unique universal top gripper the correct connection of the measuring sensor to the bottle top is guarantied without outside influences caused by personnel. The measuring device convinces through its simple handling and precise measurements. The recording and saving of the opening torque data of a complete filling cycle is for example possible directly at the filling line.
