The quality-enhancing properties of carbon dioxide are amply known in the beverage industry. Each beverage has its own specific content of carbon dioxide which taste and flavour are optimally developed. Up to now it has been complicated, costs much time and money, to produce beverage samples with different CO2-contents.

The LCS 710P carbonates fully automatic beverage samples with exactly defined CO2-contents.

On this way can be within shortest time produced beverage samples with different CO2-contents for degustation. The optimal taste sample will be cheked sensoric and the customer gets optimal created beverage product.

Function:
An inject-probe will be plunged into the bottle. To begin with, a pressure of approx. 6 bar is generated inside of the bottle. Over a dosing piston an exactly defined quantity of CO2 (each stroke) will be added to the liquid. Undissolved gas will be „ redosed“until it is absorbed completely by the fluid medium.
